As a future teacher, I plan to approach a diverse classroom with a differentiated instruction. But How would I do this? Taking the first step by building a rapport with every students. Recognizing their unique learning style requires me, as a teacher to connect and understand them. By understanding them, I would be able to tailor different teaching style that would best fit the group of students I have. Incorporating varied instructional materials and activities will also help me address their learning needs without compromising the objectives of my lessons. In addition, I will also established a conducive environment where their unique character is respected. This will be achieved by making rules and regulations that allows everyone to respect boundaries while still allowing self expression and nurturing difference.
