Dessert Somethin' is a quick-product food business artfully positioned near 7/11 in plaza in Pinamalayan,Oriental Mindoro.Designed to cater primarily to the students population,families,, tourist,and nearby residents.A significant issue was born from the realization that many people,especially sweet tooth people only taste common dessert particulary churro with no twist within walking distance to the plaza. On the other hand, other bakers offer a common churro but you needed to pre order or look for it because it is not always available. Dessert somethin' bridges this gap by offering a common churro with innovative churro,with a stall. where is easy to find in crowded position within the price range ₱150 to ₱200,backed by consistent flavor,topings and fresh churro. It's tagline, "something sweet meets something new" encompasses it's core feature: desserts introducing more innovation,desserts that delectable.
Dessert somethin' mission is to redefine the dessert experience by creatively blending familiar flavors with innovative formats, offering delightful and unexpected treats like our signature Churro Sushi Roll, bringing joy to every bite. It's vision is to become a beloved dessert destination in our community, known for our innovative Churro Sushi Roll and our commitment to providing a sweet escape that brings people together and creates lasting memories. And to expand our innovative dessert creations beyond the plaza, becoming a nationally recognized brand associated with unique and delicious treats.
The organizational structure is lean and functional. At the top is the owner/manager, responsible for financial management, overall. Supporting it is a supervisor, monitoring daily operations and supervising those staff. A small team 2-3 desserts crew members covers desserts preparation,baking. One part time staff ensures cleanliness of stall and products. Employees will be trained not just in cooking or baking desserts but also in customer service, as friendly, approachable staff are key to building loyalty among markets.
Brand identity plays a central role in dessert somethin' placement. The store will adopt clean, modern, and aesthetic with creative menu boards showcasing the price tiers of ₱50,₱100,₱150,and ₱200. Visual branding will highlight liveliness and joy for students and millennials, while still maintaining a professional feel. Uniform for staffs, consistent packaging.
