I will also eat balanced meals with enough fruits, vegetables, protein, and water while avoiding too much junk food. I will ensure enough sleep and manage stress through hobbies and relaxation. By setting small, realistic daily habits—like walking 30 minutes, drinking water regularly, and choosing healthy snacks—I can gradually build a consistent lifestyle that supports long-term fitness and well-being.
