One other negative paradigm I would like to change is the idea that failure is always a bad thing. I think many people see failure as something to be ashamed of or something to avoid at all costs. But I believe failure is actually a helpful part of learning and growing. When we see failure as a chance to learn, instead of something to fear, it becomes easier to take risks and try new things. Changing this mindset could help us become more resilient and open-minded, because we wouldn’t be so afraid of making mistakes.
