it can go in a few different directions depending on the weigh and familiarity of the person asking the question.scenario one, a stranger: I would most likely to be an information that wouldn't be uncomfortable to answer. a scenario isn't unlikely but also not that common. usually the other party would be asking personal information. general example including (contact number, social media, account informations, address...) filling up your general profile. in such scenario it is advice to avoid or ignore, if it evolved to harassment it is recommended to ask for help, be at the masses, government officials, close one's, or emergency contacts. always be mindful of your surroundings.scenario two, an acquaintance:it would most likely be a similar scenario from scenario one but there are some factors that would be more pronoun. eg. assertiveness, engagement, harassment, familiarity... all in all, tools that helps them to better extract information from their target. in such situations it is advice to do the same as stated in scenario one.scenario two, a close one. (relative or a friend/s):in such a scenario it would be more likely for the person to extract a more sensitive information about their target. in the point of perspective of the target the pressure is much more immense not to answer their questions, and an internal conflict for decision making. in such scenario I'd advise to talk this calmly and make it clear that you're uncomfortable on something, show a clear boundaries about your space, and more importantly don't just straight to irrational decisions or actions. (please note this is a personal advice and not a recommendation advice from professionals. so keep in mind that there's a lot of possible solution best fit for a specific situation. I only give a general advice and what I think it would help. so take it with this in mind.)
