My reflection in TLE is that real skills grow through practice, patience, and safety. At first, I focused only on finishing the task, but I realized mise en place—preparing tools, materials, and a clean workspace—saves time and avoids mistakes. I learned to read instructions carefully, measure accurately, and document each step so the result is consistent. Working with classmates also taught me to communicate, divide roles, and give constructive feedback. Most of all, TLE connects school to real life: whether cooking, basic electricity, drafting, or entrepreneurship, every activity trains us to be resourceful and job-ready. If I repeat an activity, I’ll improve planning, quality control (checklists), and safety (PPE, tool inspection). TLE made me appreciate craftsmanship and the dignity of work that benefits family and community.
