I believe men and women today do not yet have completely equal opportunities, though progress has been made. In education, both genders can now access schools and scholarships, but some fields (like engineering or nursing) still carry gender stereotypes. In the workplace, laws promote equality, yet wage gaps and unequal promotion chances persist in many industries. Cultural expectations also burden women with more unpaid domestic work, affecting their career growth. True equality means fair pay, balanced household roles, and equal voice in decision-making, so that both men and women can freely choose and succeed in any path they pursue.
