I see my attitude closer to the tax collector because he showed humility, admitted his faults, and sincerely asked for forgiveness. Unlike the Pharisee, who was proud and looked down on others, the tax collector recognized that he needed God’s mercy—something I also try to do by staying humble and open to change.
