hello, So our topic is science which is observation or procedure material problem and result so we did an activity which we did observing which dissolve the fastest salt sugar or coffee. Guide Questions: 1. What did you observe in each glass after stirring? 2. Which substance dissolved the fastest? 3. Which substance dissolved the slowest? 4. What do you think caused the difference in how fast they dissolved? DMI 13C 5. What is your conclusion based on your observation? 02/08/2025 14:07

1. After stirring, I observed that the coffee dissolved very quickly and changed the color of the water right away. The sugar took some time but eventually dissolved completely. The salt also dissolved, but it was the slowest and some small grains were still visible for a while.2.The coffee dissolved the fastest.3. The salt dissolved the slowest.4. I think the difference in how fast they dissolved is because of the size of the particles and the way each substance reacts with water. Coffee is fine and powdery, so it dissolves fast. Sugar is a bit bigger but still dissolves well. Salt has larger crystals and takes more time to break down in water.5. My conclusion is that the smaller and finer the particles of a substance, the faster it dissolves in water. Coffee dissolved the fastest because of its fine texture, while salt took the longest because of its larger crystal size. After stirring, we saw that coffee dissolved the quickest, followed by sugar, while salt dissolved the slowest. The difference in how fast they dissolved is likely due to the size and texture of their particles. Coffee is fine and powdery, making it easier to dissolve, while salt has larger crystals that take more time to break down. Based on our observations, we conclude that the finer the particles of a substance, the faster it dissolves in water.
