Over the past five weeks, the most useful and meaningful concept I learned in this course was the importance of applying critical thinking in both academic and professional settings. Before this class, I understood critical thinking as simply analyzing information, but through our lessons and activities, I realized it also involves asking deeper questions, evaluating multiple perspectives, and making decisions based on evidence rather than assumptions. This skill is not only valuable in academic work but is also essential in solving real-world problems in my career. My biggest achievement in this course was successfully completing all major assignments with a high level of accuracy and organization. This was significant to me because it reflected my ability to manage my time effectively while balancing other responsibilities outside of school. I was able to maintain consistent quality in my work by following a structured schedule and reviewing my tasks thoroughly before submission. One of the obstacles I encountered during this course was managing overlapping deadlines from other commitments. Initially, I felt overwhelmed, but I overcame this challenge by creating a detailed weekly plan, setting small daily goals, and using reminders to stay on track. This not only helped me meet deadlines but also reduced my stress levels. The area in which I improved the most was my academic writing. I made improvements in organizing my ideas clearly, using APA formatting correctly, and ensuring that my work met professional standards. This growth has given me more confidence in presenting my ideas effectively, and I believe this will benefit me in both future coursework and my career.Overall, this course provided me with practical skills, valuable insights, and the discipline to manage challenges effectively—lessons I will carry forward in my professional journey.
