I tried to use simple words to explain my thoughts or asked the other person to give me a moment to organize what I wanted to say. Sometimes, writing it down first also helps me think clearly.When I forget what to say, I stay calm and say something like, “Sorry, I lost my thought. Let me go back for a second.” This gives me time to remember. It also helps to summarize what I already said, so I can continue from where I left off. Practicing beforehand and staying confident also helps prevent this.
