Answer:Exercise helps improve our mental health in many simple ways. When you move your body, it releases “happy chemicals” in the brain called endorphins, which help you ro feel better and to be more positive. It also reduces stress and anxiety, also helping your mind feel more relaxed and calm. Exercise can help us sleep better at night and give you more energy during the day. It also builds our confidence because you feel stronger and proud of what your body can do. Lastly, exercise keeps your mind busy and helps you stop thinking about negative things. That’s why being active is not only good for your body, but also for your mind.
