One example that shows my resilience and ability to find hope is when I struggled to understand physics lessons, especially when we started learning about motion and force. At first, I found the formulas confusing and I failed my first qùiz. I felt frustrated, but I reminded myself that just like in physics, every action has a reaction — so I used that failure as a push to study harder.I started reviewing more, asking help from classmates, and watching videos. Slowly, I understood the concepts better. This reminds me of Newton’s First Law — an object at rest stays at rest unless acted upon. I realized I wouldn’t move forward unless I did something to change my situation. Also, in physics, energy is never really lost — it just transforms. That idea gave me hope. It reminded me that even if I feel tired or discouraged, my efforts aren’t wasted — they can turn into progress, learning, or even success later on. That’s how I stayed strong during tough times.
