 Vertical angles are opposite each other when two lines cross. If ∠BCK and ∠ZCM are on opposite sides of the intersecting lines and share the same vertex, then yes, they are vertical angles. But if they don’t share the same vertex or don’t form an X, then no, they are not vertical. Conclusion depends on drawing – without a figure, we assume No if they don’t intersect at the same vertex.
