Hi! My name is Brick. I am a solid because I have a shape that doesn’t change unless someone breaks me. You can hold me, stack me, and I won’t spill or float away.I am made of strong materials like clay and stone. People use me to build houses and schools. You can measure my length, width, and height using a ruler or tape. My volume stays the same.If it gets really hot, like in a volcano, I might melt and turn into liquid. But that doesn’t happen easily. I help people by being strong and steady. That’s what solids like me do!
