1. Why do plant cells need a cell wall, but animal cells don’t? 2. If you could remove one organelle from a cell and keep it alive, which one would be the hardest to lose? Why? 3. What cell organelle would be most like a solar panel? Why? 4. How does the organization of organelles in a cell compare to systems in our daily life like in school, city, factory?

Answer:1. Plant cells have a cell wall because it keeps them strong and helps them stay upright, especially since plants can't move to protect themselves. The wall also keeps their shape firm. Animals don't need this because their cells are more flexible, and animals can move to stay safe.2. The nucleus would be the hardest organelle to remove because it controls everything the cell does. It holds the DNA and tells the cell how to grow and work. Without it, the cell wouldn't know what to do kind of like a team with no leader.3. The organelle most like a solar panel is the chloroplast because it uses sunlight to make energy for the plant. Just like solar panels turn sunlight into power, chloroplasts turn sunlight into food through photosynthesis.4. A cell works a lot like places we see every day like a school, city, or factory. Each organelle has its own role. The nucleus gives directions like a principal, the mitochondria provide energy like a power plant, and the ribosomes are like workers making supplies. Every part works together so the cell (or system) runs smoothly.
