how did you decide which roles to assign to males and females in the venn diagram?

I decided by thinking about traditional and modern roles. Some roles are historically linked to gender (like “mother” for females, “father” for males) but many tasks like teaching, cooking, leading, working can be done by both. I placed roles that both can share in the overlapping section because both males and females can equally do them today.
