One part of my body that I often take for granted is my eyes. I use them every day to read, watch, study, and look at screens for hours, but I don’t always give them rest or proper care.Sometimes, I forget how important they are until they get tired or blurry. That’s when I realize how much I rely on my eyesight to function daily. From now on, I’ll make sure to take care of them by resting my eyes, avoiding too much screen time, and protecting them from too much light or dust.
