I will handle an irate customer by staying calm and not taking their anger personally. I will listen to their complaint fully without interrupting and show that I care. I’ll say something like, “I understand why you’re upset, and I’m here to help.” Then I’ll try to fix the issue quickly and offer a solution. If I can’t solve it alone, I’ll ask a supervisor for help.
