My swimming journey has been both exciting and tough. At first, I could barely float or breathe properly in water, but through daily practice, I improved my breathing and mastered freestyle strokes. One of the biggest challenges I faced was overcoming fear, especially during deep water drills. I also struggled with muscle cramps at the start.Despite these, I kept pushing myself. I tracked my times, joined beginner competitions, and listened closely to my coach’s feedback. I’ve now progressed to advanced laps and learned butterfly and backstroke. This growth taught me discipline, patience, and how to turn failure into motivation. Swimming didn’t just build my strength, it built my confidence.
