How does the energy of the different waves of the specturm vary with frequency? with wavelength?

The energy of waves in the electromagnetic spectrum increases with frequency and decreases with wavelength. This means that waves with higher frequency, like gamma rays and X-rays, have more energy, while waves with lower frequency, like radio waves, have less energy. Since frequency and wavelength are inversely related, as wavelength gets shorter, energy goes up, and as wavelength gets longer, energy goes down.
