2."How did you feel before, during, and after the fitness test? What did those feelings teach you about your mindset toward physical activity?"

Answer:Before the fitness test, I felt a mix of apprehension and curiosity, apprehension due to uncertainty about my performance, and curiosity about how my body would respond under physical stress, much like observing an experiment with unknown variables. During the test, that apprehension shifted to focused determination, similar to how a physicist zones in during a complex derivation, filtering out distractions to solve a problem step by step. After the test, I felt both relief and analytical, relief that it was over, and analytical as I mentally reviewed my performance like analyzing data from a lab experiment. These feelings taught me that my mindset toward physical activity mirrors my academic mindset: I tend to overanalyze beforehand, apply focus and endurance during the task, and reflect critically afterward. It highlighted that physical challenges, like physics problems, are less about natural ability and more about mental approach and consistent effort.
