I'm seeing suffering and waste.If I lived during this time, I wonder if I would have been brave enough to fight, or if I would have been terrified. Would I have believed the propaganda about glory and adventure? Or would I have seen the truth that war mainly brings pain? These images make me grateful for peace and remind me how important it is to solve conflicts through talking instead of fighting.
