ANSWER:A technological revolution in the Philippines could potentially reshape workplaces and reduce some overt gender biases, particularly in sectors where physical strength was historically prioritized.  However, to assume it will eliminate gender-related issues entirely is overly optimistic.  Technological advancements alone do not automatically dismantle deeply ingrained societal norms and cultural biases related to gender roles and expectations.  While technology might open doors in some areas, issues like unequal pay, underrepresentation in leadership, unconscious bias in hiring and promotion, and gendered expectations around work-life balance could persist or even manifest in new forms within technologically advanced workplaces if deliberate efforts are not made to address these underlying social and cultural factors alongside technological progress.
