It means that Jesus was waiting for the right time and moment ordained by God, and it is not yet the right time to reveal his true divine power.4. It is used for Jewish ritual purification.5. In John 2:11 Jesus revealed his glory by turning the water into wine at wedding in Cana, Galilee.
