Answer:"Why I Think Men Make Better Leaders".Hello everyone, I'm not trying to start a war here but I've always felt a certain way about leadership and it's something I've been thinking about a lot lately. You know, I've seen both men and women lead, and I respect everyone's journey but I've always found myself drawn to the way some men lead. It's not about some outdated idea of men being "stronger" or "better" ones..for me, maybe it's the way they carry themselves, the way they make you feel like they've got your back. Like, I've seen men in my life who have been through some serious stuff, who have had to make tough choices, who have learned from their mistakes and come out stronger on the other side. Maybe it's their way they take risks and to stand up for what they actually believe in, even when things gets hard sometimes. It's just that there's something about that kind of leadership that just clicks with me. Well it's not about being perfect, it's about being real, about being vulnerable, about being human and that's something I admire and something that I strive for myself. So, I'm going to say it, that I've really seen men lead in a way that truly inspires me. I'm not saying that women can't be incredible leaders too.
