Globalization means that countries around the world are connected through trade, technology, and communication. It's super efficient because it allows companies to make things quickly and cheaply by using resources and workers from all over the world. For example, a phone might be designed in one country, its parts made in another, and then assembled in yet another country. This makes it faster and cheaper for people to get products. But, it's also really unfair because not everyone benefits from it equally. Big companies make a lot of money, but the workers in poorer countries often get paid very little and work in bad conditions. Some countries get richer, while others stay poor or even suffer because their resources are taken and they don’t get much in return. So, while globalization helps make things more efficient, it doesn't always help everyone equally, which makes it unjust.
