Answer:(BAD GRAMMAR)In my own personal experience, it's usually the pressure of our families and even ourselves. Let's be honest the school system isn't for everyone but we still have to do it to be able to achieve our dreams or just a decent life; Basically, we feel like we are being forced to do it rather than actually studying for fun and interest. To avoid academic pressure really depends on the person but it's better if you just not think about it at all. A good time management, enough break for yourself, doing the things you actually love, a good environment, etc. will be able to help us. This is a psychological thing so it's best if we try to calm ourselves and be happy to avoid pressure/stress.The targets of this topic is obviously for people who study no matter the age. Pressure doesn't start and stops at a certain age, academic pressure is ran by people rather than the academics itself.I'm not exactly sure what's the "who thought of the topic?" I assume that's the topic you chose?
