Personally, the moral in the story is when you wanted to achieve something, but you are in one of life's challenges either you are struggling with school, or any possible challenges you have been going through. You just needed to lift your self up just like how the boy in the story rose himself from the water to achieve his goal which is to live and breath air once again after being submerged. That is exactly what life teaches us, even though we are struggling, don't forget to rise yourself up, never letting the negative energy hold you back from seeing the good things in life which is beneath the darkest times.
