Answer:The Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao or Values Education is a life changing. It helped me to create my own schedule and fulfill my tasks in a limited time. It also teaches us the moral of learning, so that we can appreciate the lessons. Every topic on the table of contents are applicable in everyone's life. I just started as a normal normal student that can barely solve problems, but now, I am now confident in my answers. ESP is life changing if you apply it to yourself.
