Some simply don't care. They dump their waste anywhere convenient or tolerate others to do so. They waste waters, mindless that many others lack access to waters. Worse, some oppose measure to enforce environmental laws, and belittle government-achievements that did not cheap, because we have lost the lives of forest rangers and other officials in the process.
