We can then identify that it is an object or type of material that ALLOWS the flow of charge/heat to pass through.Insulators>From the word "INSULATE" meaning to protect (something) by interposing material that prevents the loss of heat or the intrusion of sound, we can identify that it is an object or type of material that DOES NOT allow charge/heat to flow through.Hope I could help!
